About

Update (November 13, 2008)

My original purpose was to produce web designs (blog and site templates), web applications coded in php. I wanted to improve myself in these subjects.  So as I learned more in these topics, I thought I’d blog my own work. But they never happened because I didn’t have enough time to follow all these new things happening online, I couldn’t stay updated. So I couldn’t make my own work and therefore there weren’t many posts on this blog. Coding and designing require a lot of time, especially if you are not experienced.

Anyhow, from now(November 08) on,  I’ll be blogging about technology related news, such as internet, computers and so on.

About the Author

I’m currently studying in United States towards my bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.  I’m an amateur web designer. I designed my first web site in 2002 with Microsoft Front Page 2001 and from that point on, I tried to stay updated with web design. But I never got my self into coding I thought it was just too hard to debug a problem in my work. So I eventually gave up on serious hand coding.  I wish I had bettered my self in php, css, html back then.  I still code but I’d have been a professional right now if I had bettered my self when I started coding.

I can code in:

  • HTML (8 out of 10)
  • PHP (6 out of 10)
  • CSS (8 out of 10)
  • C (4 out of 10)

I took “Programming in C” a semester ago.  I know PHP is written in C language but I didn’t go with it. I just don’t use it anymore. But i’m still involved with PHP infact I’m developing my own Content Management System but it’s far away for me to even talk about it. That’s why PHP is 6 and C is 4.  HTML, PHP and CSS  go together.  I use HTML to structure my web sites, I use PHP to build web applications to be used on my web sites and I use CSS to put the output of those languages in a nice form.
